Enhancement Program for NSRC Student Volunteers

The Enhancement Program for NSRC Student Volunteers is an elective transformative program offered by the Disaster Preparedness Committee.  Students who are interested to join the University of San Carlos Emergency Response Team (USCERT)  will be able to acquire specialized skills essential in responding to an emergency or disaster.
